Credit cards used with PIN impossible

My purse was from my car while i was running a race on boxing day at newlands forest, i cancelled my cards as soon as i got back to the car but money had been spent. Initially department was going to investigate and funds returned. Now Standard bank claim that my pin was used on the purchases and that is impossible. I have no written or electronic record of my pin. someone in the bank either gave my pin or changed it.
