Claim Rejected

We have had several burglaries in a short period of time at our industrial property in Devland,
Johannesburg.
18th 8 2013 vandalism to factory's cooling tower and of copper. This is equipment that has been in place since 1982 and property was also inspected by the M&F before it was insured.
18th 8 till 5th 9 2013 Business Interruption claim covered by the policy... Caused by the cooling tower being damaged and needed to be repaired the factory could not operate for this period of time reason for rejection not given
19th / 20th 08 2013 of gate motors from all 3 entrance gates to the business property claim rejected reason being " We refer to your claim under policy number 13469851 in respect of 3 Gate Motors hereby wish to advise that according to our investigations there was no forcible and violent entry or exit into the building." There was forcible entry onto the property as the one gate was damaged and spikes knocked flat to gain entry onto the property. Please can someone explain how an entrance gate motor must be installed inside the building and be able to operate the entrance gates on the perimeter of the property
