I was told at the beginning of my claim that my excess is R4200 which is already outrageous seeing that im above 25 had my licence for more than 5years etc etc etc. A day before im picking up my car i hear from the panel beater there is an additional payment of over R400 for a tyre or some. After this im cancelling this insurance and looking for another insurance with no hidden cost and additional! Upon phoning i was placed on hold i eventually hanged up knowing the story that will be told is some "clause" or whateve
