I was in a car accident on 12/09/2013 reported the accident and still my car is not fixed, I did get a call and was told that the repair has not yet been authorised. I use my car for business and travel in and out of town every day. I have never been so in-convinced in my life. I offered to fix the car myself and have your'll to pay me back later but still that cant be done. Please Tell me WHAT MUST I DO? Its been over two weeks and nothing has been done, my car is parked and I could lose my job as I need it to work, my car allowance was cancelled because of this. I need someone to call me with answers because I was told that the 3rd party will cover the cost.
