Outsurance's sympathetic response made our day

Outsurance replaced my 78 year-old mom's TV while she was relocating to a retirement village and her plasma TV was at her new address. We are particularly grateful as my mom broke her wrist in the process of relocating, which resulted in her having to recuperate at our place before she will be able to move into her new home at the retirement village. Ratish Kandhai was sympathetic and caring in dealing with the claim and I want to thank both him and his manager for the very efficient and professional service we received from Outsurance. As you can imagine, this is a very stressful time in my mom's life and Outsurance's wonderful gesture of goodwill has made things that much easier.
