FNB mens cancer underwritten by AIG

Got contacted by FNB insurance underwritten by AIG. They also had all my details. I was told I'd get documents for all of the stuff. Never received it. i wrote down all details given, but lost them, so, now I cant remember everything I was told. i want to cancel my policy, ASAP. If I had at least gotten my documents i would not cancel, but seeing as I'm not the only person who's had this problem, i can see their service is poor, so i wont continue to support them...
