No Feedback - SAD

I was high jacked. Fortunately the police recovered my Vehicle, I reported this to the insurance on Saturday 28 September. The guy got away with key and also my car is not driving as it used to. What is concerning is that the guys could be watching me and/or following me since they have the other key for my car. Can the insurance really take 5 days to replace the keys, is my life not important. I cannot understand how this is not taken seriously. So SAD!
