Debitting on incorrect date

I have a loan with the bank, I have specified that my salary only reflects on the 24th of every month but for some or other reason money is being debited out of my account on the 23rd. I am obviously not paid on that day you will not find anything there.

Unsuccessful payments are paid for, who and what needs to be done in order for this to be changed?
