Ond application

Saturday the 21/09/2013 we (Partner and I) went and applied for a bond at Absa Tom Jones. This was submitted to Head Office/Credit dept to which we got an answer from yesterday the 01/10/13 saying the application was declined for the following reason. "Poor Conduct of Internal Accounts, Bad Credit Bureau Record" to which I am not impressed at all with. I am not staff, for one, and yesterday after we received the reason we requested and received a report from TransUnion so see just how bad our Credit Record is. We are both clear, there are NO defaults or judgements on our names. I am very off, as this is our first bond application with Any Bank. With my Partner being staff of ABSA I personally think it and this is pathetic.
