In December my vehicle was unfortunately in a serious accident. Up until about a week and a half ago I was quite not getting any where with my claim. It is quite frustration as my car was only 5 months old. I then landed in the caring hands of Natalize Solomons. She responded to my queries within minutes, was always very patient with the ton questions I asked.
