Since this has been my first policy that I have taken out, I have been very confused about many aspects. Whenever I had a problem I called the Gonubie centre and always got a friendly and helpful response from Kirsten. Not only did Kirsten answer all of my questions fully, she went the extra mile in terms of making phone calls to try and make things easier for me. All of her effort has not gone unnoticed, thank you very much Kirsten!
