Outsurance
So much for the best insurance company in SA!!

I requested a quote to SAVE on my car insurance through Outsurance 2 weeks ago (19 Sept 2013) and spoke to a Raymond, the bottom line was that my current premium and over all deal was better than what they offered.

On the 25th of September I called and cancelled the commencement of my policy with outsurance, and asked Juan / Jean for a confirmation of this in an email as well as someone to contact me about the supposed R400 they promise if they "can't beat what you're currently paying" - all I got was a lousy brochure of their services (which I already have) and I am still waiting on that person to contact me!!

Guess it's easier to take than to give... I also notice that they don't respond often (if at all) to complaints, but are quick on the trigger with compliments (makes them a little transparent) So much for the best insurance company in South Africa!
