4 Months without my phone

So I haven't had my phone for the past four months and yet money is being taken from us, I sent in the first report and a promise was made to call me but nothing happened. is this the service that Finrite is offering, I call your call centre they shut music on my ears. You know what I've heard enough of writing complaints I'll be in touch with my attorneys or the office of the ombudsman for insurances which ever one comes first.
