Hi Johnathan,

I don't understand why would you choose to label me rude when I want to understand why things are done they way they were done. I believe I deserve to be give clarity on this since this concerns my money, money that I work hard for.

If I am responsible for all costs in collecting debt, why did it not reflect on the statements I have, why did you send me a statement after your office have deducted R 2000.00 from my salary? Why was that collection fee collected after plus minus 5 months? You said to me that the garnish was stopped and it was a mistake from your office, your offices maladministration has got nothing to do with me and the fact that I have statements reflecting that I paid that money in full, I expect an explanation.

I have come to a conclusion that you and I will never get to a point where we understand each other, therefore I would like you to be serviced by a black matured lady who will listen to me, be patient and give me an explanation on what was the garnish all about after I have paid all the money reflected on my statements. I need someone who will understand that this is a two way, I have a right to that information as a customer.
