There was avtivity on my credit card. It was reported on the 19th September and haved received no feedback nothing. I called and they have not even looked at the case have not even opended a case. I also indicated the card to be cancelled and do not wist to take a card from ABSA or Virgin Money due to their service. Ref 833575
