I have received the worse possible services from amsure/auto& general and have spoken to people that just couldn't'careless about your situation. i have countless problems with your insurance company regarding my claim and when it was sorted, i had to pay an extra fee for who knows what. i was given an excess fee of R6800.00 but had to pay R7261.60 which i find really ridiculous i want answers and i want a refund on the R460.00. and when i called auto and gen your consultants couldn't't even give me proper turnaround times or anything which is just silly. i hope that your other clients don't go through this issue with you guys. i will be logging a call with the ombudsman and be referring this matter to the highest people cause as a customer i cannot be receiving this type of services
