On 30/09/2013 I wanted to cancel my insurance policy with Budget Insurance. Lwazi Zibi assisted me telephonically. He saw that I was phoning from my cellphone and offered to call me back. He did so within minutes and helped me with cancelling my policy. He worked quick and efficient and did not waste my time. I was very impressed.
