Hollard Insurance
I claim and get pathetic service now they kick me

I have insurance with hollard bsg through a broker. I have a volvo and home contents and a cellphone insured. I had a claim for the car when I was thrown with a brick on the freeway. Then within a month I drove with my truck over my cellphone. The eventually replaced the phone. Now within two months after the claim the phone fell and was damaged. I took the phone to vodacom and the wrote it off. I handed the phone to my broker and also supplied the write off quotation. I drive long distance and need the phone for work. I then was informed that they have found someone that will fix the fphone. When I eventually got the phone back the screen was pulling away and the buttons keep pressing by itself. I complaind and sent the phone back. I then got it back and the phone still doesn't work properly. I then was told that tha phone has no warrantee anymore because the fixed it at a non blacberry repair place! I wasn't happy with this and still kept complaining. Now they said that they will replace the phone. I now received a letter that my insurance is being cancelled at the end of next month due to adverse claims history!!! What do I do!
