Condescending Agent
A simple request to just confirm details of the payout lead to this woman being completely annoyed and disinterested in the call.
I really believe it is about time companies take the time to do quality assurance on employees especially those in call centers.
Never mind the fact that I waited ages for the call to be picked up but to have her speak in an audible tone and thereafter screaming in my ear when i asked her to speak a bit clearer is just unacceptable.
This employee if anything will be kept in the company should undergo a telephone etiquette training.
