Debit order dates wrong

During underwriting we agreed for the debit order to be debited on a certain date every month. 3x now that they got the date wrong. The lady I spoke to when I complained the first time does not answer my emails or phone calls. It;s been 2 days now that I am trying to get hold of her so that we can solve the problem, but to no luck. I reckon it is pathetic service!
