What a pleasure to deal with

Yesterday I gave Budget Insurance a call to update my details having recently moved.
The call centre operator I dealt with, Belinda, was exceptionally efficient and friendly keeping me posted as to exactly which details she was checking on.
Her telephone manner, sense of humour (and phonetic alphabet) were impressive :)
She made what is usually a grudge phonecall having to update details as painless as possible.
