I applied for a loan and was said that i could be helped even if im blacklisted.i filled in and faxed all the papers and was told that i have to pay R298.00 which i did.after a few days i was emailed and said i dont qualify for a loan.so why do i still pay the money and why can i be helped eben if im listed??
