Dear Recipient,

I sms and did a online quote for my current car insurance in the beginning of December last year. Outsurance could not quote me less then what I'm currently paying on my car insurance. My follow up yesterday were met with uninformed employees and to an extend uncooperative. I feel defrauded and will not hesitate to approach social media platforms and the ombudsman.

I submitted the complaint below online on Tuesday 15Jan2013 and was called by Mr Ruan Dippenaar on Wednesday 16Jan2013 at about 16:00.

Mr Dippenaar committed to call me back after consulting with the General Manager the same day, since my issue was technical. I feel cheated and ill-treated. He also claimed that I am a client, since 2010, yet I only signed up 5DECEMBER2012.
