I am completely impressed with Yolande Cilliers, who assisted me via the King Price call centre.

She was persistent, even though I gave her a the tough-customer run around, and incredibly efficient.
What a breath of fresh air.

Her turnaround time from start to finish was literally ONE working day, (considering yesterday was Heritage Day).

Also, she is clear and articulate over the phone, who was an absolute pleasure to work with.
