I still have not received anything regarding my account accessed by standard bank last year. info on how did this happen and what happened to the person involved. and nothing on the cost incurred when this happened. i am really disappointed as i trusted them with my profile and expected result.

did such a case really take a full year with no feedback?
I'm still trying to recover from debts that occurred during this incident.
