LISTED ON CREDIT BUREAU FOR R10.00

I have just discovered that I have been listed by Outsurance on the CREDIT BUREAU for an administration fee of R10.

I had been with Outsurance for 4 years prior to taking my business to BUDGET and this is how they treat me? Granted, I may owe them R10.00, however, what me off is that not 1 person from Outsurance ever sent me an sms, e-mail, called me, sent a pigeon message, NOTHING. And then I get my good name ruined for measly R10.00, without any notification.

I am getting my lawyer and the Ombudsman involved in this because this is atrocious. I work in a Casino Industry and if my name is listed on the CREDIT BUREAU I stand to lose my Gaming License. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SORT THIS OUT, NOW!!!
