I was charged a fee for a cash deposit, which NEVER happened. Nobody paid me cash nor did I put cash into my account. I phoned General Enquiries and was promised a consultant would contact me. This was a month ago. I am still waiting. SORT THIS OUT!!! Why must I beg for my OWN money!
