Without a car since 2nd July car accident

Hi there

I had an car accident with a Renault Koleos on the 2nd of July
this year. Between Outsurance and Denmar Westrand I still waiting for my car and nobody can tell us when
will it be ready. We phoned Outsurance and all they say is they waiting for parts for the car. I am sick and tired to make arrangements to pick up my kids at school and it if I am never going to get my car and nobody can tell me anything. I don't even know where my car is now. I spoke a view times to Verosa, at Denmar West Rand and she was very helpful but cant tell me anything. I am going for three months on the 2nd of October with out a car. unbelievable. Can anybody help??
