Great Service all round

I was involved in a car accident 10 minutes after leaving the dealership with my new car. Luckily I had insured it with MiWay before driving the car for the first time. The efficiency and care with which the accident was dealt with was remarkable - everyone from the personnel who organised to have my vehicle towed to the claims agent (Hlamalani Mathebula) who dealt with my claim, was refreshingly efficient and professional. The manner in which my claim was dealt with has resulted in the speedy resolution of a very unfortunate situation, and made a very unpleasant experience much easier to deal with. This really is a insurance company I would recommend to anyone and I must thank Hlamalani for her great attitude and helpfulness with this matter.
