Worst service and customer service

Hi, I've been dealing with FNB about personal loan! The call center started helping when I called in, I gave them all relevant information, including letter from my accountent and taking time off away from my business only to be told its been declined!! My problem is out of 3 people at the call center 2 say my affordability if fine there terrible reason been... I deposit my salary cash!! How can you tell me as small business owner who doesn't have business account that I can't deposit my salary!!! How must I out my money in account!

Poor poor service all round!
