Please help me open my proof of payment!!!

I send an proof of payment to an supplier but it just not open in the reader. I tried several times to resend and reproduce the .pdf file but with no luck. I mailed technical department just told me that I must reinstall my reader. Did that also and also tried 6 different computers with the same result. I cannot get delivery without the document.

Please help me get the file to open.!!!
