Pathetic service

How can ABSA staff their Student Business Centre with staff that are inept to apply themselves to their jobs.
How many prospective students were turned away from realising their dreams of becoming professionals because the staff at the Student Bureau have limited to no knowledge on how to assess the application.
When we should be helping the next generation to move forward, Ricardo ('the manager') cannot understand a simple debit from a credit - shame!!
Then you lodge a complaint on their website only to realise that this service is unmanned as a week has elapsed with no feedback!!
ABSA - you guys should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
