Efuse to reverse unknown debit orde

There was a debit order on my account of R399 which was made by loantracer. I went to capitec bank to have it reversed and they told me to go to the company and get a letter saying i can reverse the debit even though i told them that i do not know the company and so i wouldn't even know where to find them.
