Capitec Bank
Capitec is an unsafe bank

My husband and I have never been and will never be customers at this unsafe and bank. We found out while applying for a home loan with our bank that a loan account had been opened in my husbands name and this bank had listed my husband because they hadn't been getting paid. When we went to this bank the staff were unwilling to help us and unwilling to hand over any of the account opening details yet this is the person they expected to pay up for this nonsense. We then called your unhelpful forensic department they asked for a bunch of documents including a harness report from home affairs which we got to them on that very day. I speak to you now 4 months down the line and these still haven't sorted this out. When we visited another branch this account had mysteriously disappeared from their record but still appears on my husbands credit report. I never really liked this bank and this situation has proved to me just how unsafe it is to bank with capitec. I would like to encourage any one with an account at this establishment to look into just how much has been from you. That system is unsafe
