Late delivery on vehicle

FNB Insurance brokers service provider Exiliti claims department has no control on their service providers and do not keep up to their word on repairing my vehicle and delivery dates. the vehicle is now with insurance company for 2 months. they failed to deliver on time and yet leave me car-less for travelling that has to travel home once a month. they do not want improvise and do what's necessary for the benefit of the client and resolve issues which they have caused. I have no transport to travel home next week because they failed to ensure my vehicle is ready for my collection. it is not me the clients fault if their service providers do not commence the work in the time period which they have given. After being with the insurance for 2 months my vehicle is still not ready.
