BEWARE THIS IS A!!!

In April 2012 I was looking around for loans for my wedding. I came across the website and filled in the application form to see if I qualified. I never heard anything again and eventually had my loan approved somewhere else.

In January 2013 I received an email from this company saying my debit order had bounced, I must contact them or they will hand me over. I contacted them and they say by just making a simple on-line ENQUIRY I had signed myself up for a service for R399 FOR LIFE!!

They are now bullying and pushing and using attorneys, adding more costs onto the account to pressure me into paying. They have my ID number so they are using the "pay up or have your name ruined" tactic against me.

This surely must be illegal. Please can somebody out there help us. I see hundreds of reports on Hello Peter.
