I would like to compliment Faheema Adams from the Unit Trust Service Centre on her efficient, friendly and courteous service. I called in w.r.t adding money to my standard investment and I always get nostalgic when calling any Call Centre because that is the general expectation these days. Not only did she go the extra mile by sending me a statement, she explained the "how", "why" and "when". I am so impressed by her! Her relationship building was very captivating and i would like to thank her for over delivering!
