Good day, I don't have a bad thing to report about you, all I'm asking for is please cancel my cover as I have requested and I kindly demand to be refunded my bank charges. We agreed on R945.00 yet I keep on being charged R1094.00 and I have queried this and was promised by your consultant that this matter will be fixed and I then requested her to cancel my cover with you yet till today you are still debiting my account with the wrong amount. You are now damaging my credit profile. The ITC view me as a non payer due to your mistake. I was promised heaven and earth but I'm getting on earth instead. How and who is going to fix my record with the bank? Please fix this problem ASAP and I will take this matter further just to fix my name from the ITC this is not fair. I have been with you before and HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED such thing. I loved Dial direct with all my heart and now it shows that all the good staff is gone.
