My gripe with zisekele funeral policy, i received a letter Aug 2011 stating that the premiums have increase due to high claim rate that they are receiving from the public!!!
my husband lost his job end Aug 2013 i want to transfer the payments to come off my bank account
we are married in community of property and because I'm not a beneficiary in this account i can not pay for this really now, i am not asking for a pay out i don't want to loose this policy as we have paid it for A FEW YEARS NOW but still they wont budge
I JUST FIND THIS SO VERY UNACCEPTABLE why was I not told of this when I opened this policy?
now more than three years later they tell me
