I called in to enquire if the insurance company had received my tracker certificate which i had been trying to get through to them for over 2 months. Vaughneen answered my call with so much courtesy and a great attitude. She explained to me what had happened on my policy and how i should go about rectifying it. She even went the extra mile and offered to send me her email address so that I can send the certificate to her, and she can personaly ensure the tracker certificate is received by the correct department. She assured me that there would be no pro-rata amount as i had already paid my premium. Great service from her! Keep it up!
