I would like to thank Christine Booysen from Direct Axis, Deep River Customer Care for the extra effort she had made in order to assist me, a "not-so-easy customer" (For a good reason), after experiencing unsatisfactory service from another agent. She was willing to listen, understand and assist to investigate the complaint I had with regards to a refund that had to take place and resolve the matter in a manner better than what was expected.

Her attitude and willingness to go the extra mile in order to assist customers are extremely difficult to find in this day and age in which Customer Service has generally almost become extinct across all service sectors.
