Homeloans department seem incompetant

After numerous requests for feedback on my homeloan application, I was told that as the property is held in trust, I do not have authority to loan money against it, even though the trust deed and signed letter from the high court states that I am a trustee and that the trustee (s) may loan money against it. It has been three weeks without any successful communication from Absa credit department. The credit manager is causing a serious dislike towards Absa. It raises questions of lack of professionalism and competency for the Bank.
