Two years before they contact me!!!

Saw a dr in 2011...

was contacted in 2013 re an outstanding balance...
the call center operator handled me like I was in hiding and have full knowledge of the outstanding amount

The dr has no recollection of the account! (I visited him 3 times between 2011 and 2013 of which he also performed an operation!)

This costs me R172.32!!!

received a statement from them stipulating all contact which includes a call to my employer (never happened), post (never received), and since 2011 only one e-mail was sent to me that details the account!!!

What a nice money making scheme! Wish I had a business like this!!!
