Excellent client service

Today, during my lunch, I went to Absa to collect a 3 month bank statement.

I thought that I would stand in a long line but was helped by Anthea Hankey.

She was friendly, knowledgeable and on the ball. While waiting for my statements we chat and she was professional all the time.

Thanks for the wonderfull service and i got back to office on time and a very happy client.
