SAVINGS ACCOUNT INTEREST RATE PATHETIC

I had a savingss acount with absa but then opened a money builder account ect

someone by mistake deposited money into my old bank account out of the R 1400 deposited i could only access R330, R210 went to my credit card and the balance when i called the enquiry line went to bank charges

had can that be if i was told by the call centre agent a administration fee of R11 and reversal of debit orders is R5, when i queries this i was told i must call the price line, i caouldnt get through
