I applied for a credit card 5 days ago and it was immediately issued but im still waiting for activation i have made countless calls to the IVR and customer services line and still no resolution. Who is responsible for appauling customer service and the million excuses given, who is responsible for lost time and effort and now the reason i got the credit card is still outstanding and im incurring bad relations and losing out as the funds are still not available, who is responsible for the large amounts of airtime that iv used all weekend long to sort this mess out and still getting excuses this is absolutely un acceptable from a bank of all places, i was told that the approval and fund shuld be available in 48hrs so false advertising as well... People need to know about the calibre of service and business conduct at african
