Wonga
Bad credit score

I had a loan wit Wonga and agreed to pay on the 12-09-2013 through debit order, i then paid them on the 23-08-2013 at ABSA because i managed to have thier money earlier than the agreed time. But now i find that my credit score is poor because of them. I have paid Wonga every cent i owed them earlier than our agreed time and they even decline to give me another loan. Why is that??
