Worst service & bad experience EVER!!!

We applied for a further bond on our current home loan with Absa Brackenfell on 14th of August with Karin Jooste.
While she completed our application and talking simultaneously this ended up in our application to be completed incorrectly and was declined.
After numerous further obstacles (one being Absa cancelling our insurance without notifying us) we went to Absa branch on 06.09.13 to sign and our instructions was incorrectly again.
When I got home, I decided to phone her manager. The reception lady told me that her manager Mr. Hannes Binneman is not at the Brackenfell branch. She told me to hold and she will get his number for me. While I was still on the phone with her, Mr. Binneman surprisingly phoned me from Brackenfell branch, as I saw their number on my phone.
Mr. Binneman (manager) was very arrogant and told me that Karin made a human mistake. But Karin has been making these human mistakes from the 14th of August. According to him he could not understand our problem and we did not get any customer service from his side.
Unfortunately there were so many problems and there's not enough space to complain on Hello Peter.
