Epeated badgering by [URL Removed] and dubious method

I have received 4 UNSOLICITED approaches from [URL Removed] in the past week alone; on the first occasion I explained that I don't want to talk to them. A day later I was called again, this time alleging that this new call was in response to an sms that I had sent to them in response to a TV ad. I had definitely not made any contact to them, and was shocked that a company would stoop to this level to try to access potential clients!
A day later I received an sms "thanking me" for contacting them.
I received another call today and again asked them to please stop badgering me!

This sort of disineguous harressment is not acceptable. how many times do I have to ask these guys to stop badgering me? I have been cold called by many direct marketers before, but none that stoop to pretedning that I contacted them, or that simply refuse to respect my request too be left alone.
