I called Miway to complain about the letter they recently sent about increasing excess fromm zero to 3300.00 but Henry managed to cool me down and stipulates the facts which made me calm. he displayed a good customer service and I am proud to say Miway is lucky to have such a person who have good quality skills and who knows how to cool ANGRY clients.
